How can coaching with Kevin Is Not Alone™ help you?

Coaching for young people can help you develop your life skills and support you in dealing with stress. It is a different form of support than counseling or therapy, although it may address the same areas of life and types of problems. Through skillful questioning, a coach will guide you to a work area that is motivating and aligned with your values. We will focus on your strengths, and during our sessions, you will have the opportunity to better understand your emotions and learn ways to cope with them. Meetings with Kevin can bring you joy, peace, and your actions will start moving towards a clearly defined goal in a safe and collaborative relationship.

“Since Kajtek started high school, I have been looking for support in organizing his studies. I am familiar with coaching tools from my work, and they work very well there. However, I didn’t know where to find a trusted coach for my son. He is 17 years old, full of wild ideas, and easily trusting. As a mother, I was worried that he could easily fall victim to someone who would manipulate him and that he would succumb to the influence of third parties, causing me to lose a sense of control. The coaching process is confidential, but my son eagerly boasts about his progress. I can see that he is more organized, manages situations, and no longer stresses about school on Sunday evenings. My son has opened up and is starting to dream more boldly about plans for college.”

“I am 23 years old and studying law. I am starting to have doubts about whether I want to be a lawyer. Lately, I have been passionate about online marketing. I am spontaneous, creative, and value my free time. Contrary to what my parents say, I don’t see myself in a law firm. I feel pressure and have a sense that the time and money my parents have spent on my education are being wasted. I happened to come across Kevin Youth Coach, who comes from a business background, and it suits me. We work together in a program that presents different options. I have calmed down and started to realize that it’s not the end of the world, that I haven’t wasted four years of my life for nothing.”
