Kevin Is Not Alone™ Conclusions:

  1. Parents are often busy, overwhelmed adults who deeply care about their children’s well-being.
  2. Parents need and appreciate support for their children, as they often lack specialized knowledge themselves.
  3. Young people are increasingly talking about feelings of loneliness and lack of support from adults.
  4. The number of young people seeking specialized help from third parties is rising.
  5. This is also due to the increasing pace of life, stress, high expectations, and information overload.
  6. The current education system does not provide space for teaching young people to recognize their own emotions.
  7. It is already important to take care of the “emotional occupational health and safety” of children and adolescents.
  8. It is important to take preventive actions that will protect young people from the effects of demanding environments they have to live in.

How can you invite your child to benefit from Kevin Is Not Alone™?

“I feel like we’ve grown apart lately. I would like to be your friend, to establish a dialogue with you and understand your needs.”

“I sense that we’re missing each other. Maybe we need someone impartial. Someone who will listen to your perspective. Help us understand each other better?”

“This approach focuses on the viewpoint of young people. I didn’t have such an opportunity. I feel like I might have missed out on a lot because of that.”

“If you have children considering which direction to choose for their studies, you know perfectly well that it is a difficult and stressful period. Along with my wife and daughter in her final year of high school, we decided to seek the support of a coach. We want the preparation for studying to be a worthwhile choice for our daughter, not only in terms of finances but above all in terms of satisfaction with the chosen goal.”
